Problem with delivery, and calls to customer service result in 1 hour hold times with no contact with a human
I purchased a refrigerator on July 4, 2021, order 87044****. The item was scheduled for delivery. It did not arrive and the delivery company said they were unable to contact me, which is untrue as I was waiting all day for the refrigerator. Now the scheduled delivery is August 3. This is unacceptable and I wish to cancel this purchase and buy an appliance fro a company that can deliver it when promised. Please inform me as to the process for cancelling this order. I have called the Lowes customer service number twice and it results in a hold time of greater that an hour with no answer from a human.
