Order #87214****

I have been on hold for 38 minutes at 800-445-**** so far, trying to get information about this order. On your site it says it was shipped. When I track it on Fed ex site it shows it has not been received. When I ordered this on 7/28/2021 it was supposed to be delivered 8/3/2021. Can I find out what the problem is please? Now 42 minutes. User's recommendation: Do not buy online or have them deliver.
