DTH Payment Issue

I did DTH recharge on 3rd June 2021. But the recharge did not succeed. And the money was deducted from the account. And the money which was deducted from my account has not yet come back to my account. There is no response on calling customer care. Nor is he picking up the call. I had recharge by mobikwik application.
