Original review posted by user Jun 04, 2021 Bought goods, vintes held my money, followed rules on returning goods, they then released my money to the person i returned the item to, instead of returning my money to me. So i ended up paying 17euros plus return postage of nearly 7 euros and lost all my money. Now saying its not there problem. I want my money returned i had buyer protection but that does not seem to come in to play so what do we pay it for. Vinted made the error of releasing funds to the seller instead of returning to the buyer when the goods were returned to the seller.
