Update by user Aug 15, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Vinted got in touch with the buyer who didn't sent back the item. At that point Vinted refund me in full. Well done.. Original review posted by user Aug 05, 2021 I sold a Swatch to a customer. The buyer claimed that the box arrived broken and then Vinted cancelled the order and refunded the buyer. After that the buyer told me that it is not his intention to give me back the Swatch. Bottom line I have lost my Swatch and the money. This is why I need your help, support and assistance.
