Didn't receive goods just empty box no charm inside contacted seller who said would refund then said on holiday then blocked me and now same lady trading under different name I did report to Vinted but was told nothing they could do as payment made I thought Vinted was there to protect buyers but clearly not so I have a empty box and no charm and when told her I know was her she made out it wasn't and said she had reported me to Vinted when I've been scam and Vinted are clearly doing nothing about this it is unfair, and I will await your reply User's recommendation: Vinted to support buyers.
