Sent a package to a customer via Hermes

We sold healing crystals to a customer who did not receive the item. We followed all instructions and posted the item correctly, but are now being told the customer has not received it. The customer has got a refund, but we the seller get nothing for something that was not our fault. We need Vinted to sort this out as this is a big loss for our small business User's recommendation: Be very careful. Vinted do not look after it's sellers.
