Original review updated by user May 04, 2021 Worst web hosting company on the planet. Their customer and tech support have become horrible, would give them zero stars in that category if possible. Was a customer for many years, and at one time Arvixe was really quite good. Then they went completely downhill. Their email system has been blacklisted for months and months, and they do nothing to fix it. Their Tech Support gives nothing but excuses over and over again, never a resolution. What good is a website without functioning email capabilities. They also try to auto-renew your account at exaggerated rates without any notice. I am happy we finally got rid of them. Save your time, money and a lot of headaches do not host any of your websites with Arvixe. User's recommendation: Do not use Arvixe to host your websites.
