I am trying to find out if dollar tree is going to work with me on restricted duty, my limitations are as follows by my doctor No twisting No turning No lifting over 5 lbs No sitting or standing more than 30 minutes at a time. Could someone please respond to me, my doctor gave me those restriction to return to work on July 4th. I have not heard anything, so I have not returned to work I don't want to be fired, so can someone pleas handled. Today is the 5th of July. Do I call in or what, should I do not want to be terminated for not calling in or showing up for work? I did sign an authorization to release information for the doctor's office.
