False advertising, poorly trained clerks and employees
Closing the Broadway store should have happened long ago. i use to live near the store on Broadway and Bailey. For 11 years i put up with false advertising from that store. The weekly flyer has the name of the store the sales applied to and many times I had to talk to a manager -- ask about where to find an advertised product -- to be told "we don't carry it" The staff there is rude (for the most part) and I am happy I moved to an area where I can shop at a better Tops --- This store could have been a real "money maker" since there is not another grocery store for 3 miles but no matter how much we complained -- nothing changed. The sad part is --- all he people who will have to find another store --- I hope someone opens up to serve those people the right way.
