Late Fee???
First of all, I have been disconnected twice from customer service/credit card accounts. I purchased an item on 5/3/21 and returned it to a store on 5/25/21 (within your 30-day return policy). Since this was the only purchase I made, I did not check my account to make a payment. I checked yesterday (6/23/21) and was shocked to see a late fee of $29. If the item was returned in time, why am I being charged? I want this late fee removed. Thank you, Nina McGibney
