Your phone service SUCKS

My outside night light is out would like to have it fixed but your phone service sucks so bad at the time I am paying for a service that does not work but this is typical Entergy service is horrible if you did not have a monopoly on it you would be out of business. User's recommendation: Get ready to wait if you want o talk to a human.
