Agent called and said he couldn't help with what I wanted. Next a woman appeared at my door to make appointment. Then returned the next day at set time. While I was getting her water she took pictures of my desk with my driver license and a paper with my ss on it. I saw her so I took a picture of her driver license and got her phone numbers too. She left in a hurry saying she couldn't help me. Today I spent all day contacting police, banks etc. and I'm not finished yet. What a nightmare just to change a policy. Never again! User's recommendation: STAY FAR AWAY.
