Also, Erica forgot two of our milkshakes. When she finally brought them, she was in such a rush that she let go before I had them and one of the milkshakes spilled on my lap and the van. She knew what happened, but didnt turn around to help. All of the cups are made so cheaply that the lids constantly pop off, too.
