Customer service people are in India. They don’t care about the product they don’t care about the company.

I I asked the person in customer service if this was a frequent issue with the hose leaking from the collar as it is brand new and I just hooked it up. She did not know. All she knows is return it and get another one. It's a hassle! Outsource to customer service is one of the worst thing that's ever been done to the US companies potential employees in this country.
