Sorry to say I am in this pissed customer group due to false advertisement and inferior product quality . I got the Floor Police Mop. The base unit seems OK however the pads are very poor quality especially the microfiber pad. It sheds big time leaving a mess on the floor. Will not suggest this product to anyone due to the cheap pads. User's recommendation: Don’t purchase the floor police mop. Save your money.
