Why can't I get my order shipped to my P O Box. I order twice before &;;;;; got my orders shipped to my P O Box. But now they are refusing to send my order. I am 76 years old with one lung. I need the cool turtles to breath with. Can't get to talk to a custermor service rep They keep putting me on hold nobody come to the phone.
