Original review updated by user May 03, 2021 Aug 29 2020 I bought the above mentioned machine and it never worked right it has a cold water wash cycle something I have used with all my washers the last 30 years, now my clothes comes out dirty and soap left on. So a supervisor says use warm water how does that fit in with reducing my carbon footprint "supervisor" said he was sorry that I had lost my money and could and would not do anything. Nothing more has happened, Maytag is ignoring me completely, they got my money and I have a useless *** washing machine that should never have been allowed on the market, not only does it not wash clothes, Maytag is also adding to global warming by telling me to use warm water. I think we should present them with a class action law suit. User's recommendation: Don't buy anything from that company ever.
