Horrible product, incompetent staff

We have now had three issues with the same product, with all parts being replaced, and the product breaking down again. When speaking to the supervisor, Holly, of customer service, I was informed that theres nothing that they can do at this point about that. She really couldnt answer any questions, only repeating the same line over and over. When you spend a lot of money on a household appliance, a reputable brand should be able to either repair or rectify the situation, or replace it. It would also be good if the staff were knowledgable enough, with strong customer service skills, in this case that was not the case. User's recommendation: Don’t buy a Maytag!!!
