I need to replace parts from my washer that are under manufacturer's warranty. I had a technician here and he gave me the parts numbers. I called Maytag and after 3 hours of back-and-forth over the phone, they told me I would have to schedule another technician and I would have to pay for it! On top of that, the only option they gave me can only come more than 2 weeks from now! User's recommendation: Never buy anything from Maytag. You are buying a problem!
