Refund and changing the ticket

I was trying to reach out customer service for a very loong time to ask if there is any chance to swap the ticket for later date or to get refund. The only thing they could help me with was to change my ticket for different day but for extra almot 3k kr charge. Worst experience ever. User's recommendation: Worst experience!
