Hi there, I have contacted you many times last week regarding the flexible travel. I have canceled my trip and you have suggested me that I do have to call Ryanair and change myself my flight, which I have already done. However the insurance company denied my claim as they are asking any proof from Opodo that I had canceled my flight . Ive called you as I mentioned and you and one of you staff team member took a note to send me an email for the purpose to explain the situation for the Europ-assistance, however I never got this email and I still have no solution for my case. User's recommendation: Do not use opodo service you will may lose your money.
