I can’t get my account to link

I cannot get my account to link I have tried several times and I have gotten to the point where I'm losing out on cash back because I can't get it to link and I've sent y'all emails before and tried calling and left messages and I have not gotten any response please get in touch with me as soon as possible at 251 301 ****
