Billed twice for same item

So I made a purchase at Fashion Nova, and Fashion Nova billed me for the full amount at checkout and at the same time Quadpay is billing for the same order when its been fully paid. I have sent emails for the past 2 weeks and I get absolutely no response. Their customer service is terrible and I am not planning on paying for something that has been payed for. Its so frustrating this whole situation ! Not happy at all User's recommendation: Don’t recommend using quadpay. You will have issues if any issues with your billing and good luck getting help or your matter resolved!
