I have had the same issues as the rest of the reviews. Lexis Nexis has an at fault incident on my report. I was hit by another person. The police report does not say I was at fault and my insurance company at the time sent me documentation saying I was not at fault. I have disputed this twice and the same time get the same response. They never furnish me any information on how they made the determination only say, our report is accurate. I will do what ever is necessary to get an explanation of how they determined this. One of the most difficult companies I have ever worked with. I have the proof it was never determined to be my fault. User's recommendation: Beware of what's on your driving report!
