Still can not get any answer from Eventbrite ice tried every way possible to reach these ppl about 2A rock n roll concert tickets I bought from their company I need to get re confirmation or in afraid I will miss the concert..my phone was stolen and sim card was taken the bar codes that represent the concert tickets are on this phone has been since found but I can access the bar codes with no SIM card so I've been trying to reach the Eventbrite co.to resend them to my new phone which I can't reach them they are asking for and old email account I no longer have and can not access their phone number is only a recording pre recorded saying the only way to reach them is by customer support which also is on hold now because of the pandemic ..what do I do ??? User's recommendation: Watch doing business with companies who don't have a active customer support line.
