The Customer service is worthless, paid off loan Jan 24, 2020 and they will NOT provide documentation for proof of pay off to present to Apple, sad but true. I have an application lock and Apple says I did not buy the phone from them so I am digging for Loan paper pay off is that to hard, I have booth Loan numbers and can be reached via email because My iPhone is worthless after they tried to fix it. waguilliams@***.net User's recommendation: Keep everything from Citizen for 20 years.
