The worst billing I have ever dealt with

Had charge card about a year. Feb I get a text closed my account do to unusual active. They claim they mailed me a new card never arrived, the charge was never activated. I paid the balance off they tried to charge me $77.00 on account never activated after 3calls I got a supervisor (with a brain) who understood what I was talking about and fit the problem Now 6 months later it's still open on my credit report User's recommendation: Have people who know what they are doing and do put people on hold when they call or ask for a supervisor I still can't get someone on the phone to remove this from my credit report The worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
