Fortiva Retail Credit is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The lack of courtesy and professionalism is huge! I scheduled a payment for the 11th on the 3rd of February and they charged me on 3rd of February instead of the 11th as scheduled. I called but they did nothing to help me and said that it is how the system works. Idiots. The day before yesterday 4/12/2021, I made a payment and they charged me TWICE. When I called, they told me that they would issue a refund and will appear on my account in 7 to 10 days. Once I called to see if they could adjust the rate due to Covid 19, and they refused. I am not sure where this company is from, but It does not seem to be from USA, at least the behavior of the employees is not. User's recommendation: Never use FORTIVA for anything!!
