Zero resolve with my issue

I am a homeowner in a "master planned" community in Vegas but it seems as if Lennar forgot to plan for us to have a mailbox. For six months we have no mailbox, no answers and no one cares. I am so tired of the Post Office that has screwed up our mail for months and it really is an annoyance and totally unacceptable that I cant get an answer as to why
