Lennar Home Builder, WCI forced us to close on our new home in Lakewood Ranch so they could get the sale in their fiscal year. We started moving in on the day of the close, and the house was probably still 2 to 3 weeks from being completed. So here we are now almost a month later and its been an incredible inconvenience to have All these people coming into the house to complete the job! Way too many things to mention here....But the first shock was when we walked in the door the home had not been cleaned, and there was construction trash In many parts of the home. User's recommendation: Buyer Beware.
