I called customer service even after I was told they don't care. We have Powder Post Beatles eating the wood in our camper. Please check any camper out before you buy it, AND the Warranty! We are first time buyers and are so disappointed. We didn't know we had to look for bugs. Our Warranty does not cover bugs, But they were in the wood already when we bought it. User's recommendation: Check out your camper and your warranty.
