I have been a loyal customer to the brand for 15 years. I went to the same dealership to return a lease (joint) and get a new Tiguan, I was treated like a piece of garbage. The vW credit denied my request for a lease for 3 alleged missed payments in 2017. The Dealership Manager of Deel Volkswagen had a nasty attitude and didn't put any effort to help me. This dealership is in Bird Road in Miami. You don't treat a customer like thid. I am done and I wont get a car or recommend this brand to anyone. User's recommendation: Avoid this dealership.
