Haselwood Volkswagen has shown a total lack of professionalism. They do not return your phone calls in any information that we've had to get concerning my daughter's car has been due to us making phone calls to inquire about the status of the repairs. It doesn't appear that their mechanics have any idea what they're doing they keep chasing Problems by throwing Parts at the issue rather than diagnose and repair the problem. The car has been in the shop now for almost 3 weeks and no resolution with no resolution to the problem.. we have also submitted a claim with Volkswagen directly and still have not heard back from them on whether they're going to with the repair cost assist User's recommendation: Do not take your vehicle to Haselwood VW.
