I was informed that I would receive my first issue by December 6th. When I pointed out that it was now December 13 I was told I would now have to wait until January 6 to receive my first issue. When ordering the ad quoted 6 weeks for the first issue who h I thought was unbelievable in this day and age but I just rolled with the punches. By now being more like 5 months I am to the point of total dissatisfaction. I also have via the internet have twice Tryed to contact you and was told I'd would receive a response back within 48 hours but never got anything but twice a email asking me to rate your service. What do you think your service rating should be? Also you have bombarded my email with junk mail trying to sell me everything else under the sun but can't seem to fulfill you're original commitment. That's just insult on top of injury. All this wouldn't be so comical except for the fact you are a magazine that all about innovation to fix all the problems in the world and you can't even get my magazine to me and or follow up with me about lack of. Somehow I pretty much expect that I will be calling you back after January 6... Please prove me wrong!
