I ordered Infinitum on March 25th. I have had 11 appointments made and missed... no installer, no call, no nothing. Every time I speak to a real person they apologize and tell me my installation will be prioritized, then they don't show. Again. and again... Can't rate the system 'cause I can't get it installed. In case Telmex reads these.... my folio is 04245**** Call me. User's recommendation: Use someone else if possible, For me it's not really...
