Broken garden table arrived. So far 15 emails back and forth between me and HOF. Hermes have failed TWICE to collect this with no reason given whatsoever despite me wasting two days waiting in. I cannot get to speak to a human at either HOF or Hermes. Appalling service from HOF - I only want a replacement table but theyve told me I have to have the broken table booked back into their warehouse before they send me another one. COME AND COLLECT IT THEN!!! Rubbish company. Deeply upset and angry by both HOF and Hermes. User's recommendation: Won’t be buying anything else from them.
