Wrong carfax report

FI bought a car last year 8/2020 from IAAI clean title description of damage transmission only . Car registration from DMV of Hawaii are clean title too. Car fax reported that no collision damage report or work . No any accidents reported for the same vehicle. But carfax reported the vehicle as TOTAL LOSS VEHICLE. Plz change the car fax report because its kill the value of the car.
