Absolutely rubbish customer service

I bought a Shark Ninja vacuum 16 months ago from Very....this is the second time it's gone wrong,first time no problem,Shark sent the replacement part..this time I have to have proof of purchase...fair enough...only problem is I can only get the last 13 months statements from Very! Trying to get through on the phone to Very is impossible...+ most numbers are not even in use! So now I'm lumbered with a vacuum that doesn't!, Will never shop with Very again User's recommendation: Don't shop with Very.
