A glass was broken in cold glass cooler for draft beer. Manager came over and picked out a couple of big pieces he could see. As a service industry director we all know that is not acceptable. This cooler should be emptied and cleaned thoroughly. I explained this to the manager as he proceeded to put new clean glasses back in. He said it ok because there is a grate in the cooler and it would. E cleaned at end of night. We all know this does not get cleaned at end of night especially if you are adding to glasses at 9pm. This needs to be handled immediately before someones throat is cut. User's recommendation: Would never get draft beer again.
