Still can’t return since they won’t send me a receipt

Tried to return a Pair of shoes and show them my email confirmation. They looked at me and had no idea what I should do about not having a receipt. So then I went to customer service to chat and had a chat with three different people because none of them knew how to send a receipt to my email. I am still left with no way to return this item. This has been the worst experience buying shoes I will never ever shop there again User's recommendation: Save the time and don’t buy from them.
