Dear sir/madam I own an online company called NILAZ.BIZ and in order to start business I decided to use STRIPE platform in order to receive money. On 6july 2020 stripe sent me an message on my stripe platform indicating that my outstandin$23000and $8000 USD has been paid in my post bank account in Italy, since then which has been nearly nine months, I've not received the outstanding amount which they said it's been paid already, and I've left them more than 100 messages and sent them more than 1000 emails regarding this but absolutely no one got back to me regarding this matter, so I'm starting to believe STRIPE is a scam company and its better so star legal action against them. User's recommendation: do not use STRIPE.
