i called tracfone told them about my broken fone they said i could get a replacement fone at no charge and would receive a new fone in 3 to 5 days .well it has been 14 days and i still do not have a new fone .i have called them 4 or 5times and still do not have a replacement fone .online chat 3 to 4 times they gave me to tracking numbers and said they sent packages and i did not receive anything .i just got off my home home fone home fone after 1/1 User's recommendation: stay away.
