Original review updated by user May 31, 2021 I have been a customer for a few years, and my biggest complaint is, that the 2 line $90 plan is not an option for automatic payments. Why? Why cant this be added? Its a pain. I also am very upset, ive spent almost 2 hours trying to get customer service to give me the corporate contact information. This is not how i want to spend my morning. Why do you not offer a boost for remote areas? Why am I not getting a customer service rep in the USA? Thank you for your time. User's recommendation: It's ok, but getting answers is a problem.
