They changed my plan without my permission

My old phone was no longer working so I purchased a new phone and it needed to activated by Tracfone. I wanted to keep my old phone number which was no problem but I lost the minutes that I had on my old phone when I was told they would be carried over to my new phone. I was promised 1000 minutes which I did not get, then I was promised 2050 minutes by a technician which I did not get and I received 659 minutes. I have no idea what is going on, also every time I was transferred I was left on the phone or it gave me a busy signal. I was trying for hours to get this problem resolved. Promises, promises, promises and nothing was resolved. I am so disgusted with Tracfone not a way to do business.A User's recommendation: Ask a million questions before transferring to a different phone.
