Defective GE microwave

Best buy sold me a GE microwave that worked one month. Best Buy asked me to contact GE. GE arranged for a technician's visit (Nana appliances), with no show. Nana Services gave me another appointment after 5 days, again no show. It is not safe to keep this defective microwave at my house, they have not been able to come and remove it from my house house yet. User's recommendation: Do not trust GE, do not trust Best Buy.
