Update by user Jul 24, 2021 Still no response from green dot moneypak by email or phone by support or customer service Original review posted by user Jul 24, 2021 I don't remember my password, my account has wrong email address, can't login to update the info, I have $120 on a moneypak reload card, been on there over a week. I can't reach a human by phone, its all automated. I need my money I put on the card User's recommendation: Green Dot is not very efficient with customer service.
