Update by user Jul 26, 2021 They claim that my reload card was redeemed and have a name of where my money went but they can't give me that information nor will they stop the payment and they won't even turn the name in so that I can press charges. Original review posted by user Jul 26, 2021 Was unable to load my moneypak reload card to my account because apparently someone accessed my moneypack card # and used it, or so I'm told that's what happened. However, the only people who had access to those numbers are the people I spoke to regarding this situation since I had the moneypak reload card in my possession from the very second it was purchased User's recommendation: Don't use this company or any of it's services.
