CAN NOT GET CAR TITLE AFTER IT WAS PAID IN FULL

Update by user Apr 19, 2021 Here we go again.... finally had a voice answer... back on hold again with the same message "due to a higher call" while they transferred me. What a joke of a company. Update by user Apr 19, 2021 Have been on hold for last hour and 20 minutes... this is total bs! First time today was 26 minutes and they hung up!It is impossible to talk with any of the non existing customer service people. Either actually hire some people that work or FIRE the ones you have!! Can NOT get answers online since the loan was paid off and account suspended. VERY FRUSTRATING! NEVER EVER USE THIS BANK AGAIN. User's recommendation: NEVER EVER USE THIS BANK!! VERY HIGH LOAN COSTS & RATES.
