Dissatisfied with loan approval process

I applied for a 2nd loan with Lightstream because of its fine customer service. I currently have a loan that is approximately 50% paid off after one year. All payments were made on time and I have a very high score with all 3 credit bureaus. Today I applied and was declined within an hour for some vague reason as I cannot find information on the site. This is very upsetting as a consumer who takes responsibility making payments on time and even pays ahead. At this time I am requesting the corporate office phone number so I may have them investigate the process and reconsider the application.
